It had been over fifteen years since I bought a new car, so I had my mini customized to my liking and I couldn't have picked another dealer as great as Hendricks and the help from my sales person Shane Thompson (whom I later found out I was his last sale) and Zachary Stankowski that took over for him and the finance and management team was phenomenal

Awesome online experience!!! I started working with Richard Massey from chats and emails. I was busy during the day and they respected that and worked with me entirely via texts and emails. I found the vehicle I wanted and knew what price I was willing to pay. I made an offer and we worked out all the details online. They do not do like most dealers that require you to call and talk to someone or they have to call and talk to you. They respect your time and for the most part grasp technology. My search started on 3/6/2019 from an online request for information and ended up with the purchase on 3/15/2019. Arrived at the dealership at 5:30pm and was driving away around 9 pm. Richard is a very personable guy. Not a pushy car salesman as we all think of. If you need someone to get you a good price on a good car and treat you respectfully, then call, email or text Richard rmassey@sonsautogroup.com 678-799-0142 Pros: Worked online with my schedule for information Was not pushy Did not require phone calls Personable Comfortable chairs Lots of bottled water No one standing around smoking!!!
